Dress Codes in the Workplace
Toronto 640 | February 2023

Are employers able to penalize employees due to dress code infractions? Madelena Viksne joined Kelly Cutrara on 640 Toronto to answer these questions and more.

Our Hardest Working Staff

After many years as a devoted foster with rescue dog organizations, in 2019 Madelena adopted her rescue Shepherd-Rottweiler-Collie cross, Cora, who’s sassy, bossy personality makes her the perfect office manager. A few years later, in 2024, an unplanned foster of a young-at-heart senior with unmatched puppy-dog eyes led to Madelena’s foster fail “accidental adoption” Capy, the quintessential personality hire who keeps the office morale high with his joyful energy and silly antics. If you’re in the city, there is a good chance you might run into three of them at Cherry Beach, Stanley Park or Trinity Bellwoods in the summer months.
